All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with protection to ensure it arrives safely.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your piece is on its way.

Because each artwork is original, we take extra care when packing reused frames and canvases. Minor signs of age or character in materials are part of the piece’s story and do not affect quality.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs once the package has shipped.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can assist you.
